1st call with recruiter, which was nice. She explained the the company, the position, the interview process in detail. 2nd interview was on site with some senior members in the particular team, which was not really a good experience, and felt like a total waste of time. They were disengaged from the very beginning of the process, and had a very good feeling that they were conducting the interview just as a formality, or to check boxes. Ended the 1 hour interview in 35 mins, and did not even give much details about the position or anything.
