The first interview was online HR interview. General questions were asked. Then HR person sent me case studies to present them. Second interview was with IE team members. 2 team members asked me questions about my previous jobs and then I shared my case study results. It was good. And last interview was plant tour and interview. it was good.

Applied online. First interview is a phone call from HR with some very basic questions asking about current position and expectations. Good thing is the salary range will be mentioned in the first interview itself which I think All companies should do. 2nd interview was a teams interview with immediate manager and HR manager. This interview involves presenting solution for case study. Case study will be given ahead of time so there is enough time to prepare for it. I had 2 case studies to solve and present. Apart from case study, there was a set of standard behavioural questions. One team member was also joined later in the interview. 3rd interview was an in-person interview with Director and immediate manager. It was tour of the facility and was pretty relaxed with some very basic questions. Overall the interview was a very good experince especially the immediate manager was very good.
