Mapbox doesn't know why it hires, or the company simply wastes your time. The interviewer changes requirements on the fly, then tries to gaslight you if you point this out.
The entire interview felt like they had already settled down on someone; now their goal is to reject you by all means.

The interview process is organized bad. The first of all hiring managers are not polite. The second hiring process is different from the pipeline described on the first call. For example the HR said that next interview will be just formal without technical stuff. But HM started to ask heavily technical questions not related with the position but related with NDA stuff of my previous work.
