Waste of Time,Energy and Money
On reaching company office, it was really very hard for me to locate their office as they had pasted a small color print out in front of office with font size 12 "Manusis Technologies"
Its a two room company and have no reception so don't be shock, HR was confused with the profile she called the candidate for interview.
After few minutes of weird look, she hand over me the question paper of aptitude it was quite easy paper basic question from maths and reasoning
asked us not to write anything on question paper no rough sheet even.
after giving test she asked to leave for the day, they will inform through mail.
Later i got to know the company, none of the people selected who went for interview that day.
Request to HR don't waste candidate time, do your homework before calling a person for interview.

Time Wasting Experience: They Give you a no Clue Aptitude test Kind of a Thing and That is Not Related to Web at All and (HR) Has No Clue About the Code and Programming Language's if you Want Good Talent Than Test People on Their Coding Skills. Write Function for iteration on JavaScript and I Think they Don't have Knowledge to Check that and I Think they give the Same Test From Last Four Months to Every Single Candidate.

First round was of aptitude - it was in between "simple" and "medium", however the most challenging thing about it was the "time", which was very less! Then, we had our programming test. It was of medium difficulty. C/C++ was the language the test was based up on. Finally, we had the CEO round, which was...umm...kinda tough I guess! However, Rajiv sir's behaviour was something that made us feel comfortable. Overall experience was great from this drive. However, the competition was too high. Candidates came across different regions and everyone had a field of specialization of their own.

So far my experience is concerned, the "mobile properties" question that we were supposed to program using OOPS was something out of nowhere.
