The interview was conducted online, through Teams. The interview process was not fully structured. The interviewer asked me some questions and I was able to ask some questions for the position.

The interview went really well, on the first day I cleared 2 rounds of interview, they asked me to come down for next round. the second round went well, I gave the machine test to source resumes. had a round with the HR over phone. the team lead asked me join next week after the second round and that's where the whole story started. I didn't get any call or email for the whole week. after that I got a mail asking for my docs to take my candidature ahead. After sending my documents I did follow ups with the HR at Gurgaon, She said dont worry we have received your mail we intend to give it a closure. Then again one week has passed and there has been no single communication from their side. This is very unfortunate to see such unprofessional behavior from HR of Manpower. If you don't intend to hire don't give false hope or waste a candidate's time. we are NOT UNEMPLOYED, we have to take leaves for the interview. I think it was a good sign that I didn't join as if the HR department is so slow then if ever I will have any concern it will never be addressed.
