I applied via Handshake and received a response about the first round interview within the next few days. Not your typical interview style. An employee from the company will start by asking you questions such as: name, when you graduated, email, etc. They have a list of questions that they will ask to assess your ability to problem solve, quality tests, and work with others. I received news to move on to the second round the following day. The second round is similar to the first, with similar question formats for the 1st part, and then you go into a 15-minute "panel" presentation on one of their software solutions. Finally, it ends with another 1-1 interview, likewise following the same question structure as the first two 1-1s. The process took a little over 2 weeks, but it took over a month to receive an offer.

I applied through career fair. The first one is more laid back and 5 aptitude questions covering communication, team skills, and interpersonal skills. Questions like name someone that pushed you in a group setting, name a time you had to communicate with different people, etc. That night I got an email saying I was invited to final interview. It was a 45min interview with person A, 10 min presentation, and 45min interview with person B. It was a mix of simple behavioral but also design questions for example name a time you dealt with stress, communicated with different groups of people, how would you fix an app, design an elevator for a building, among others. The main questione were about communicating with different people. I’d recommend choosing a software besides WMS because that’s what everybody does and they said it was refreshing to hear about another one. Biggest advice though is they’re not looking for perfection or supply chain knowledge, just a person that can answer the questions calmly, present/communicate well, and be someone they feel comfortable putting in front of clients.

Question 1
Explain a time you had to communicate a technical subject to a non technical person?
The process begins with an initial 45-minute interview. Then, after moving into the process, you go straight to the final 2-hour interview, where you give a panel presentation to 2 employees.
