Super personable and friendly. Easy conversation, though it was in a Macy's Starbucks which could be loud; however, don't forget interviews in Malls can be informal at times. They seem to be more interested in retail experience as opposed to management (which I had an equal amount of both). Personally, a good interview for me to go back into you to test my skills and see how to improve on the next one.

Very casual but to the point, I came in for a sales associate job and had just graduated college while looking for a permanent job but they had an opening for floor supervisor and I got offered the position.
