Human Resources contact you, make an appointment and it's usually a group interview. They ask you to introduce yourself to the rest of the people and then do some team work, such as choosing an outfit or so. You have to fill a personality test, which they basically find it very helpful since there's too much people on the room. After the group interview, if they liked you, they contact you again to have another interview, individual this time, with the store manager to see if you would fit in the team.

The interview process was well-organised, professional and enjoyable from start to finish. Communication was clear and timely throughout, and each stage was structured to provide a comprehensive understanding of the role, team and wider business. The interviewers were engaging, approachable and genuinely interested in my experience, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere while ensuring a thorough assessment process.
