There are five interviews total. They include a phone interview, an online questionnaire, a group session, and 1-on-1 interviews. Everyone seemed to be friendly and enthusiastic. There seemed to be a slight emphasis on a potential employee not quitting, and they want to know if you would accept the job before they actually offer it to you. As of now, I'm not sure if this is a red flag and an indication that they may have a high employee turnover.

Aggressive and time consuming. Pre-group interview questionnaire asked for a lot of information as soon as you walk in the door. Call back was quick, though, so there was no waiting to see if they were going to ask you back for the final interview.

At first I was a bit put off because I wasn't the only person in the office for an interview. However, I decided to stick around out of curiosity. The first girl I talked to was nice. She didn't ask very hard questions, but seemed to just be getting a feel for my personality. I was invited to the next step in which I was able to learn about the position and the company. I noticed that some of the others I had seen in the waiting room were not brought into the same room as me, and I began to understand that each part of the interview was a screening process. It was hard for me to wait until that point to have all my questions answered, but after the second part of the interview I felt very informed and much more at ease. After I was finally able to have a personal meeting with the owner and the conversation became much more serious and involved. Now that I'm a part of the team, I understand how their hiring process works and it makes sense. It's a unique sales position, so a lot of people apply. Although they take the time to talk to a lot of people, very few of those who are interviewed are actually offered a position.
