Two rounds of interview.
But the company requires you to watch videos and complete a pre-hiring assessment.
Before the second round, you will have a chance to speak with someone who works there as the position you apply for.
First phone screen followed by a phone screen with the team leader. Then a skype/ in-person meeting with the coach. Between there's a pre-hire assessment that you need to do after skimming their program and understand their company better. It's a sales job

there are totally 2 round interviews, Hr interview for 15 minutes ask for behavior question, and CEO interview 1 hour, most are motivation question and general question. And the CEO is very passionate, she does a lot of talks, which is very helpful for understanding this company.
