I received an interview at 6:30 am in order to avoid the designer I was replacing. Got a tour of the facility and was shuffled out the side door to avoid running into the guy. During the interview I was asked if I could think outside of the box as a designer. As soon as I was hired though I quickly learned that inside the box was where they wanted me to stay and as a creative it became frustrating.
