I was contacted by the partner about the role. He scheduled a phone panel interview with his engineers. The interview was about 3D computer vision. He then asked me to come in for an onsite interview and I was in the same city at that time and I drove in. I had two panel interviews and they said they'll inform me soon but they didn't. I was relieved that I didn't have to go back in there again because they were disorganized from end-to-end. It didn't look like a startup either. I was just a mess of a company just tried to find projects to work on and diversify (at a very early stage of their existence - weird).
