Entretien
There were few stages I went through:
1. Phone screening - 'ice breaking' brief conversation with one of Mambu's founder on my motivation & expectations, ca. 15-20min.
2. Interview in Berlin with hiring manager, HR, and company's founder - this is a core meeting that is can be very technical.
3. Immersion day - I was asked to spend a full day with the team to get the flavour of how work in Fintech firm looks and what is the culture of the company (incl. various meetings attendance). Very helpful experience, especially if you come from a bit different place (i.e. corporate world)

Entretien
The process was a very good experience. All people at Mambu are very friendly and competent. First round was a phone call, second and third round was an Gotomeeting video conference. After I got the offer. I enjoyed the whole process!
