very long and required a lot of work including a big assignment and four + interviews with different people, only to have them essentially ghost me over email and not follow up with any feedback, really dissappointing.

Entretien
There were 4 stages in the process:
1. a call with a recruiter
2. an interview with the Marketing Lead
3. an interview with the Marketing Team
4. an interview with the VP of Marketing
At first, everything was going really smooth and professional. Feedback delivered within a few days. Before the third interview, I was asked to do a complex test assignment, which took more than a day to complete. At the third interview, I was told that I was one of the two remaining candidates and that they would give me feedback on my test assignment after the interview. However, I did not receive any feedback and was kept in suspense for more than a week. I decided to reach out and see how things were going, only to learn that they decided to move forward with another candidate and did not even bother to inform me. After 3 interviews and a 5-page test assignment, I received a 3-sentence rejection.
