It was a tete a tete session. The HR was very warm and open to all kinds of questions. The next session was a more formal one with the Dev Ops lead who had incidentally joined a month before me.

The hire on the basis of a written test. The first step is to qualify for the interview which begins by sharing your LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack-overflow Id. Post which Malverner will send you a questionnaire to fill. Resume is a formality.
