Quick Process with three interviews. All interviews were conducted over Zoom or by phone call. The interviews skipped the basic questions and got into questions that mattered for the position.
Pretty simple 2 interview process. Nothing major, mainly inspecting soft skills and any relevant experience. Interviews are with direct manager as well as COO. People are very nice, and friendly.

Tell me about how you handle conflict in the work place?
One screening interview with all of the expected, standard interview questions. Then an interview with the head of the project managers. The second interview is more tailored to project management topics, but still the same stock of questions.
