I applied via Indeed, and received a phone call a day or two later. When I returned the call, the recruiter was unable to find my resume. We scheduled a Google Meet interview, anyway. During the interview, I was asked if I had young children, which I believe isn't even legal that they ask. They were obviously concerned about my availability. I was also asked when I could start, and given instructions for orientation. I essentially was hired on the spot, and the hiring documents were mailed to me. Their employee manual outlined some questionable work practices; after reading the materials, I decided it wasn't in my best interest to work for Mahler.
