I got a phone call from the Recruiter and he helped me prep for my interview. I went for an interview within the week and got the job offer either the day of the interview or the next day.
Very easy - total of 3 interviews
First with recruiter of Magnit then manager and then senior management
Turnaround time was quick too . Each interview within a few days

I applied on LinkedIn and then reached out to the corporate recruiter to push my resume along. The interview process included an interview with the corporate recruiter, followed by 30 min phone interview and panel interview onsite.
