I was contacted for direct onsite interview for the intern role.The President of the company is a good guy who explains clearly about the role,knowledgeable and answers any questions about the job description. It was a 1:1 interview with 3 people which includes company’s president. The other person who interviewed me were weird.Instead of asking questions related to resume,other technical questions, one of them was “highly recommending” to apply for other MNCs company at the time of interview. It is not worth to work in this company at the entry level.There won’t be much growth.It is waste of money to travel for this company’s interview to meet weirdest interviewer on earth.So demotivating and distracting personality. Today, I am thankful to god that he did not give me job in this startup.Initially, I got motivated with President’s explanation of job description and I thought this will be good place to work.I feel that the other startups have CULTURED people who interview as per expected interview standards.
