I was contacted via LinkedIn for a position with Magnifi Financial that I was well qualified for. I wasn't necessarily looking for a new position, but wanted to see where the process would take me. I had a couple phone interviews with various members of the organization and they asked me to submit an application following the conversations. I submitted an application and did not here anything back. I reached out to the people who I had been in contact with and received no response. Was not a very pleasant experience, especially for someone who was sourced and asked to apply for a position following phone interviews.
