Entretien
I applied online through LinkedIn and received an email from the CEO the next day. The interview was around 1 hour long and to my surprise, he had clearly done his research and we talked in detail about different parts of my background. He asked detailed questions about my experience and motivations. This was a refreshing experience and stood out compared to my interviews with other companies, he seemed to really care and wanted to know me as a person. After the first round, I was asked to complete an assignment due in 3 days. After completing the assignment, he gave me honest, positive feedback. Later that day, we scheduled a call and I was presented an offer. The CEO was very transparent with me about the culture and responsibilities of the position, which I appreciated.

Entretien
The interview process was fairly straightforward but honestly involved too many steps in my opinion. It consisted of 2 1hr meetings with CEO, followed by a 45 min meeting with Recruitment Lead, a take-home assessment and a mock call. For a Senior-level person like myself, the take home assessment seemed lengthy and unnecessary. Was definitely geared towards someone newer to the industry. I ended up accepted an offer with another company and not completing the assessment as they did not require jumping through as many hoops and simply moved faster. Overall though seemed like a great company, would recommend.

Entretien
Interviewed with Magna Search Group back in June 2017. Learned a lot about the company and industry as a whole. Seems like people that work there are very passionate about what they do and I like the fact that they we're open and honest. The process moved along smoothly which is a nice change. I can see that the CEO has a solid tract record in recruitment and his team speaks highly of him which is always great to hear. The company is growing, and I would recommend to a friend. Loved that it was also pet friendly!
