There was a phone screen and then I was invited in for an in-person interview. I had to complete a writing assessment before the in person. The in-person interview was about 20 minutes. The interviewer didn't have much more to ask than she did in the phone interview and was fairly abrupt in conducting the interview. I haven't heard back and it has been a month, so I assume I did not get the job. It would have been nice of them to contact me and let me know especially because I went in for an in-person interview.
