A compact interview process that includes meeting many cross-functional stakeholders plus a homework assignment/presentation: 1. Call with Recruiter 2. Zoom with Hiring Manager 3. Present take home project to a Panel 4. Interviews with the Panel #3 and #4 scheduled for the same day. I was given about 2 weeks to prepare for the presentation, then 24 hours before the presentation they canceled on me to move forward with another candidate. Bummer because I had already prepared the presentation and was ready to share it with the team.
