Entretien
The first interview is for introductions and to present the company. The second interview consists of technical questions. The first interview lasts approximately 30 minutes, and the second approximately one hour. Salaries are discussed after the technical interview.

Durante il colloquio mi sono stati posti dei semplici quesiti riguardanti le caratteristiche dei materiali, semplici schemi statici e basilari nozioni dell’ ingegneria civile. Le risposte non richiedevano particolari calcoli ma miravano a comprendere il ragionamento e la conoscenza di concetti abbondantemente trattati nei corsi universitari di ingegneria civile indirizzo strutture.

I had a hard interview based on many questions about concrete and steel problems. I wasn't expecting such an interview and I think the value and the abilities of an employee can be avaluated in other ways. I didn't receive any notification about the result after the interview.
