The interview process was protracted and inefficient with people directly involved in the role but a great deal of others who were not-more than seemed reasonable. HR head seemed strange and disconnected during meeting with her. Felt the meeting went fine but felt somehow unwelcome, cursory.

The process was very easy. However, it seems even with a referral, you don't move along quickly. I believe there was an internal candidate that was considered even though the position was publicly posted.
