Pretty quick interview with the store leader - she asked about my background and why I was interested in becoming a part time sales associate for Madewell. Most questions were about customer satisfaction and sales. Also helps to come dressed like the brand.

applied online, 1-2 weeks later had a phone screening and scheduled an in person interview for later that week with one of the managers, the interview was in the store
Very casual and nice; sat at the back of the store and talked about basic interview stuff, like style and why I want to work there. The demand for store associates at this specific store was high, so the interview was fairly easy and straightforward.
