Standard Technical Screen with a medium level coding question done in any language you like. On-site consisted of 4 rounds : Resume Deep Dive, Company Values, Mentorship, System Design. Apparently all they care about is mentorship so really focus on this. That was my weakest area and the reason that they did not hire me.
