One phone call screening. Recruiter made me feel like I was overqualified for the position. She asked me the most basic questions about commute, compensation, work hours etc. Nothing about my experiences or skills which was weird. She seemed generally happy going over my resume and almost asked me to come in for an in-person interview till she asked me my visa status and immediately hung up saying they do not offer sponsorship.
