Apply online on the job portal, usually you are contacted within the same week. Pretty easy and simple process. Complete questionnaire. You are called for in person interview and then training.
Applied online and got a few days later an invitation email to shedule an interview. 1 day before the interview I recieved a call from HR that the hiring manager wont be there so we rescheduled the interview for the following week. When I came there no HR was around so the interview was done by the Mens department sales manager who seemed to me ready to go home (my interview was pretty late in the afternoon) but had to squeeze in the interview with me before he leaves. It was obvious that he wasnt prepared and had not even glanced over my resume or the position I've applied for. He was reading questions off a script and was writing down my answers. Half way into the interview he realised that apparently I applied for the wrong position due to my experience and salary requirements. So he steped out to apparently check on other positions available that might be a better fit. I was thinking to myself online I had not seen any but he might have more insight. After a few minutes he returns and tells me that we will finish the interview and me to give him a call the next day if there are other positions available. The next day early in the morning I got an generic email that apparently the position has been already filled. Did not even bother to call him and threw his visit card away...
