Had a video interview with behavioral and technical. After receiving the offer and accepting I was ghosted. No email or any follow-up on why. Very unprofessional on their part. They left me in the dark for months, wasting my time and missing opportunities to apply to other companies.

It went well, I loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere I received when speaking to the person across the screen. It didn't just feel like your general interview as she also enganged
Fair but with expectations about Macys acumen. Must know the business structure and things affecting the business. Fast recruitment heard back within 4 weeks of applying which was very nice. HR could be more responsive

The interview process consisted of a behavioral section and then part 2 was about a worksheet you pre answer prior to the interview. The worksheet asks you to look at the macys website and see strengths and weakness. It asks for improvements and suggestions. It was around 45 mins virtually and very casual.
