The interview process took 20 minutes and was over the phone. It was an easy interview. Be prepared because they will cut you off while answering to go to another question. Nice and short answers is preferred.

Why Macy's?, Describe a time where you had to give negative feedback to a co-worker and how did they respond?
One on one interview that went smooth. They asked general questions about experience and scenario planning. I had a phone interview before the in person interview. It was a comfortable setting.

It is just a simple phone interview with minimal questions. They don't ask for much on the phone, just answer honestly, You most likely will be accepted for the job.

Entretien
Once you have applied, the manager would call you and arrange a interview date. Either the Manage or People Leader would conduct the interview. It's just a few questions. Once they see you are a worthy candidate, they will discuss your availability and have you sign forums to complete the interview and move on to training.
