J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Macy's
Entretien
I recently applied for 5 or 6 different jobs at Macys, and ended up with two different interviews. The application was very long and though I can see why I think it was to long for the application process. The interviews were a lot like their application process. There wernt a lot of questions, however the questions they asked were very particular.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
The hardest question for me was regarding selling the Macys card to someone who may not need it and how I would sell it.

Virtue first. Then, at the store. Interview questions are not hard but hiring manager/s are sketchy. They posted part time positions but when I got into the interview they said their looking for people wanting full time job. So unprofessional to take my time.

Basic interview process. Applied online and was called in for an interview about a week later. Nothing crazy or out of the ordinary. No assessments needed. I talked about 2 managers.

Entretien
It was in person and lasted 20 minutes approximately. Before the int started I was asked to fill out a questionnaire. The question inclu questions about my education and prior retail sales jobs.
