J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Macy's (Bridgewater, NJ) en août 2013
Entretien
I completed the application process in about an hour and received confirmation of my application via email. Two days later, I received a generic email requesting that I schedule my interview online. I wanted the weekend to prepare, so I scheduled it for the following Monday. I showed up a few minutes early; another gal was already waiting for her interview. A manager brought me back for interview and to discuss my results of their "personality test". He escorted me back to the waiting area and told HR to hire me. They scheduled my training for the next day, and my orientation for a couple weeks later.

Question 1
The Personality Test shows that you prefer to take your time working. How will you adjust your preferences to fit in with the fast pace of working retail?

Virtue first. Then, at the store. Interview questions are not hard but hiring manager/s are sketchy. They posted part time positions but when I got into the interview they said their looking for people wanting full time job. So unprofessional to take my time.

Basic interview process. Applied online and was called in for an interview about a week later. Nothing crazy or out of the ordinary. No assessments needed. I talked about 2 managers.
