I applied with snagajob and received an email for an invitation to interview. It let me select the day and time for my interview, which I chose today at 4:30 pm. I arrived a few minutes early and had prepared flashcards with possible questions that I reviewed beforehand. When I got to human resources, I waited a few minutes and then a sales manager introduced herself and took me to a small room for the interview. She asked me to describe my last few job positions and then asked about 6 or 7 questions about sales and what would you do kind of questions. She also informed me that the holiday season is the busiest time and that it is crucial to be available for Black Friday and the day after Christmas. At the end of the interview she said she wanted to offer me the position and that it can be flexible where I choose what department I am in and what my schedule will be like and I can work up to 30 hours. I was given the information for the training and start date that is in November. It was a pretty simple and smooth process.
