I was asked about my experiences with the different sales positions I have had over the years, what I think of good customer service, how I will provide good customer service; I was given different scenarios and asked how I would handle them. I answered every question to the best of my ability and was completely relaxed and confident, but the manager sensed my tension when I learned it was "on-call" after telling her I want full time and she offered it to someone else.
