I applied online. I was contacted for an interview. My interview was done by two people at the same time. The store manager and the cosmetics department “people leader.” They ask about my past experiences, what my goals were and why I wanted to work there. Then they gave me a few customer situations and how would I handle them. Also since it was for a cosmetics job, how would increase a sale types of questions.
