J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Macmillan
Entretien
I applied online through the company website and was called for an interview about a month later. When they called, I was asked to come in the very next day. I went in and waited for my interview. When it was time, we did the interview and it lasted over an hour, but felt very short. The tone was conversational but with the interview in mind the whole time

Entretien
Very straightforward, interviewed once with a senior art director and an associate senior art director who became my direct supervisor as an intern. We talked about my design experience and skills, what I was doing in school, book and design trends and the different requirements for the job.

It was a very conversational interview with a lot of room for questions. Very open about how the internship operates, asked about how past experience might apply to the tasks.
