The interview process was great, albeit a bit long. The company does several rounds of interviews, which is excessive especially when they don't plan on offering you the job. My biggest complaint is that they assured me they'd be in touch soon, then ghosted me for months. Only on the second try to follow up did I get a response and learn the position I'd interviewed for twice was filled. Yikes.

Very impersonal and unresponsive recruiter, absolutely no clarity during the process, and was ghosted after interview with no follow up. Even if they weren't interested in proceeding, I would expect basic professionalism and politeness. Wouldn't be interested in working with a company that handles the hiring process this way.
