The HR takes a small round and then the managers . They have in detail discussion and then ask technical questions about the JD. They then do a back ground check and ask for your documents. if you get selected you get the offer soon on email.

They asked about my current job, my experience and one question i liked the most was when one of the managers gave me a situation and asked how would i react. So they have good questions to ask.

There is no such process. There are a lot of unprofessional people around you. They will pick whoever they want, but after they start working, they will run into many problems with working conditions and environmental concerns.
