Pre-screen with hiring manager who found me on LinkedIn. Two phone screens, then on-site with job talk. I was surprised that I didn't pass the first phone screen. The interviewer was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. The overall process was pretty slow-- slow to schedule, then slow to tell me I hadn't passed.

Overall experience was ok. HR was cool. But they take some time to get back to you as they have to validate other candidates. Have some patience. In total, there are only two phone interviews. One is about statistical theory, another one is about machine learning, coding, algorithm and business scenario questions. They provide a coding window for you to type in real time. No onsite interviews. HR is very nice.
