Initial interview with HR manager then another interview with 2 Early Learning Manager. The second interview asked about my previous experiences, what I would do if there was an emergency in a classroom and about other compliance/policy matters. I was a supervisor at a different centre so many of the questions I had plenty of experiences to draw from but it may be challenging for someone who had not been a supervisor before.
