First interview was on campus. General going through your resume and elaborating on it. Second round was onsite in Mundelein, IL. Multiple one-on-one interviews with a few basic assessments before second round interview and on the day of second round interview. Assessments are timed questions on basic addition, spelling, synonyms, etc. Second round interviews involved three people: plant manager, HR, VP of Finance.

Took IQ and personality test after applying. Was contacted three months later to interview. Was asked to prepare a case study based on reducing scrap rate. Interview process was two rounds, first with recruiters and second with an engineering and HR manager. Everyone was very nice and I was sad to reject the offer, but the compensation with regards to time off did not align with what I needed. Also faced communication issues with hiring manager after offer was sent.
