I was asked Technical Questions - They were straight forward questions which you can easily find in a Google Search.
For which I successfully answered 85-90% of the Questions, Not Sure - if the interviewer was actually sure what she was exactly asking and seemed she was in a bit of rush to somehow complete the process. Even after answering most of the technical questions in accurately - Somehow she felt I was more of a candidate on Functional rather than Technical. Till Date I have cleared all the interviews and in my 11 yrs of Exp and I have an proven background in all of the organization I have worked in. This was new and shocking for me. Maantic should make sure the panel selections are accurate and are knowledgeable enough to understand the basic difference between Functional and Technical prospect of Applications and that for a wrong decision making skills on the part of a panelist, they don't loose eligible candidates. Panelist are face of an organization and hopefully they don't loose it.
