MX interview process was very thorough from start to finish. 30 min phone screen first, on site-panel interview, and then, 2 rounds of executive interviews. I felt very welcomed during my on-site interview. I enjoyed my tour, demo of the products and although, the in-site interview was 2 hours long, I enjoyed being there. I ended up interviewing for 2 separate positions while on-site and was there longer than expected, I was not bothered by that and they were respectful of my time. I met with about 6 staff members during my on-site. My executive interviews both went well. One was on-site and the other was a video conference. The questions were somewhat difficult, thought-provoking, deep, and introspective. One aspect that was apparent in all my interviews was making sure this was a fit for both parties. The head of recruiting was very attentive to me in the days following, to keep me updated, checking in with me, and answering any questions I had during the process. Overall, I had a great interview process with the hiring team at MX.
