Initial interview took place over the phone and was about 20-30 minutes long. It's with a company recruiter who was pleasant and personable. Then, a sample translating test is scheduled. If that goes well, a second phone interview is scheduled with an operations director. If that goes well, another set of exams is administered with an outside company testing writing, speaking and reading comprehension in both English and Spanish.
