It was a very easy interview, we spoke about what I would be doing as a dispatcher, told me the shift I would be working, showed me around the office then I went online and did the application, then was sent for a drug test that same day then he find me to come in on Monday because he really needed someone to start ASAP. I did the interview on Friday. When Monday came I found out that he needed me to do rencincialiation not dispatching which was even better because the schedule worked perfectly for me.

I went in on a Friday met the the GM and Dispatch Supervisor and I was sent to HR to get paperwork. I was sent for my drug test did my background check and started training the following Monday.

HR reviewed my resume. Hypothetical questions on handling customer and drivers. Interviewed by three different people. DOT physical and drug screen. Waited for the results to get back and was offered the poaition.

The interview process was very professional the enviorments was quite and calm. The human resource person was very professional. I also interviewd with the shift supervisor over dispatch. They both took turns asking question and going over the company policy.
