Applied online and got a call within a couple of days. I had my interview the following day. The interview was very pleasant. The entire facility was immaculate and the people were friendly and professional. It took about 1/2 hr and we just talked about basic experience, benefits, and the fact that they've never had a layoff. My first impression was very good. The interview was low pressure and friendly but professional. Seems like the kind of place I'd like to work. I'm not sure if I'll get a call back at this point but the overall interview went well. Nice people.

They asked me what I was looking for in a job. I have quite a bit of education for this type of position but at age 55 I need steady work with benefits and they have good benefits and this really seems like a nice place to work on first impression.

I went in on a Friday met the the GM and Dispatch Supervisor and I was sent to HR to get paperwork. I was sent for my drug test did my background check and started training the following Monday.

HR reviewed my resume. Hypothetical questions on handling customer and drivers. Interviewed by three different people. DOT physical and drug screen. Waited for the results to get back and was offered the poaition.
