The interview process itself was simple but long. A total of 3 interviews, 2 with management and 1 with HR. After that I didn't hear anything. I then chased the recruiter after 2 weeks and they said they were still interviewing as another position had opened up. Another 6 weeks went by without hearing anything so I checked the candidate log in on workday to see I wasn't under consideration any more. No official email or explanation from HR, which just feels disrespectful after taking the time to do 3 interviews and working my schedule out short notice to accommodate the Interviewers.
