I was first contacted by a recruiter who conducted a screen interview by phone -- reviewed my resume and gauged my level of interest. Within a few days, I was invited to a formal in-person interview with the hiring manager and HR manager. Interview lasted 2 hours and was more in-depth about the position, expectations and my experience. This was followed by a video interview with peers and stakeholders. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and fairly quick process.
