Interview Session Turns Into Lecture on Loyalty
The interview is more like a lecture on loyalty than a professional discussion. The interviewer focused heavily on why I had changed companies in the past and emphasized their own 20-year tenure as a benchmark. There was a strong expectation of traditional values, which seemed to overshadow the actual purpose of the interview. Additionally, I was asked several inappropriate personal questions—such as comments about my hairstyle and inquiries into my marital status—while very few technical or role-specific questions were asked.
